To decorate (optional)

125g of melted chocolate with butter
Sweets (of any sort you like)
Chocolate fingers

Equipment

A big bowl and two miniature bowls
Electric whisk
Weighing scale
Sieve

How to bake

First, preheat the oven to 180C.

After that, smear butter all over the inside of the tin and maybe even sprinkle a little bit of flour. This is so the brownies don’t stick do the tin and make a huge mess.

Next, melt butter and chocolate together in a bowl (in a microwave or on the stove). In addition, pour the chocolate mixture into a larger bowl and add 125g of sugar, mix thoroughly.

Eventually, add 1 tbsp. of Vanilla extract and 2 eggs, beat well.

Once that’s done, whisk in 100g of flour, 100g of coca powder, and then, a pinch of salt.

Finally, pour the mixture in the tin and put it in the oven. Leave that for approximately 40-50 minutes.

How to decorate

Once baked, cut the brownies up into triangles to look like Christmas trees.

Finally, decorate each triangle with icing however you’d like. To make your own icing, melt 30g of butter and 30g of chocolate together. Then, spread the mixture all over the brownies.

Now, you can decorate the Brownies like Christmas trees.
